Sandra Swoboda

Is one of the founders and partners of Compass Property Sales.

Born and educated in North Germany, Sandra furthered her education studying in Denmark, the Netherlands and Portugal. Sandra decided to move to Portugal permanantly in 2005 after discovering her love for Tavira and the East Algarve during a National Table tennis competion. In 2007 Sandra began her Real Estate career and has subsequently become one of the most reputable property agents in the Eastern Algarve. Apart from her native language German, Sandra speaks fluent Portuguese, fluent English and French to a good standard.

Paul Greenhalgh  

Is one of the founders and partners of Compass Property Sales.

Born in Greater Manchester and educated in Yorkshire, Paul always had a desire to live and work outside of the UK. Numerous holidays to the Algarve in the 90´s proved enough of a temptation and in 2000, he made the move to live in Portugal permanently. For the first 11 years Paul concentrated on selling residential property and construction plots predominantly in the Golden Triangle in the Central Algarve. In 2011, he decided to expand his selling area and his expertise to the whole of the Central Algarve including areas in and around Vilamoura, Boliqueime, Loule, Almancil, Sao Bras, Santa Barbara de Nexe and Estoi. With the opening of Compass Property Sales his knowledge and enthusiasm for Tavira and the rest of East Algarve has now firmly taken hold. 

Tanja Hellmund

Administrative Manager at Compass Property Sales.

Born and educated in Westphalia, Germany, Tanja first visited Portugal on holiday in 1999, staying in Tavira. Within a year of her visit to the town, Tanja decided to make Tavira her home and still lives in the town today. In 2002 Tanja started work at a local golf development company. within a few years, she had moved to a Tavira based real estate company and has subsequentally acquired a solid understanding of all aspects of the Algarve property market. 

Sara Encarnação

Client & Property Portfolio Manager at Compass Property Sales.

Sara was born in Tavira and has lived here her whole life. Having started her real estate career back in 2002, Sara worked for a local real estate company before moving onto a national agency, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge about all facets of the real estate industry. After a few years away pursuing other activities, we are delighted to see Sara back in real estate here at Compass Property Sales
